Cancellation Policy

Terms of Service – appointment rights to cancel

At The Body Base Clinic, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To help us provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Missed Appointments

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice (a "no-show"), the full appointment fee (100%) will be charged. Payment must be made within 5 working days of the missed appointment.

Repeated Late Cancellations or Non-Attendance

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally arise. However, repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in you being unable to book future appointments at The Body Base or may require payment in advance before any further appointments can be scheduled.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our cancellation policy allows us to offer appointment availability to other clients who may be waiting for treatment and ensures our practitioners' time is respected.

Protecting your appointment

While we always strive to honour every appointment, there may occasionally be circumstances beyond our control that require us to cancel or reschedule at short notice. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment at a time that suits you.

If you have already paid for your appointment and we are unable to provide your treatment as scheduled, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or transferring your payment to your rescheduled appointment.
